I would go one step further and contact Gougeon Brothers, the makers of 
WEST Epoxy. Ask them what chance you have of successfully bonding to a 
substrate that has been contaminated with E-10 gasoline. No sense 
pursuing the fiberglassing issue if a good bond isn't possible...
