Tried to insert a new branch just before this branch to factor out the generic
code introduced in the target hook loadRegFromStackSlot to add the extra
argument SugReg. The graphite failed when I tried to submit the new stack.
ERROR: Failed to retarget PR: Failed to create ref: Reference update failed.
It is quite annoying that a new branch can't be inserted into an existing PR
stack.
