I'm new to the LMMS developer community but I hope to contribute some commits
soon.
I'm sure you are probably sick of hearing about the visual style over and over
since it can be themed anyway but I do feel like the default theme is an
important issue. Currently I don't feel like the icons and overall look match
the new logo and splash screen and I feel an upgraded look would really help
the project. Believe it or not the look of a project in screenshots will
actually affect how likely the user is to download the project regardless of
whether or not there is theme support. Normal people are far more likely to
download a program if the screenshots are pretty so default theme is important.
I'm sorry if this is something you have already discussed but like I said I'm
new here and want to help in any way that I can.
