I'm sorry to inform you of this Brian, but this is the upgraded look.

I'm not sure what study these findings are formed from, but in our case
"normal" people download our software to make music.  Have you ever used
Gimp?  Talk about ugly layout.  Have you seen VLC?  :)  People download the
tool they need to do the job and the price point is what separates us from
the majority of DAWs out there.

The topic of the theme isn't brought up that much because Vesa just went
through the entire software making it the way that it is.  The truth is it
is a tremendous undertaking including in some cases basic knowledge of C++
code.  There's always room for GUI improvements, but actions speak louder
than words.  If you can help with something, please tell us what you're
good at and what you can get started with and we'll introduce you to our
bug tracker.
