I used no special config for the JMH benchmarks, so the ConsoleAppender
writes to the terminal.
Perhaps it is a good idea to suggest redirecting to a file in the text that
accompanies these benchmark results.
Or add a benchmark result for how fast ConsoleAppender is when redirected.
