I noticed a strange thing with the index.html site: parts of the index are
now missing. This affects these links below "Project Documentation":

Plugin Management
Mailing Lists
Continuous Integration
Project License
Project Team
Source Repository
About
Issue Tracking
Project Summary
Project Plugins
Dependencies

I'm sure it has something to do with:

        <menu ref="reports"/>

in 'log4net\src\site\site.xml'. But where does that content come from and
how can I fix that?
