You have just reminded me of an excellent BT Health and Safety quiz I once had while there. In a large building in which we assume is on fire... we have somebody in a wheelchair in one of the upper floors... Do you, use the lift in this case? The answer was no... but they couldn't tell us what we were s'posed to do.
