Take it apart.  Wash it in clean water.  DO NOT RUB IT, but dab with a
sponge or similar.  When clean, dry with a clean lint-free cloth - again,
dabbing it, not rubbing.  Let it stand for a day or so for any remaining
dampness to evaporate before re-assembling.

Alternatively, just buy a new keyboard.
