Microsoft themselves do http://www.microsoft.com/windows/sfu/ which has an NFS client. Its about as supported as all the other Windows products :)
You can even ask for a 90day eval disk with training material on it.
Microsoft consider telnet to be part of sfu, so when your 90 days are up you loose [the rather sucky] MS telnet.
