Jason,

Stick with your 2nd example, I know that works, and it works well.

So, setup XF86_SVGA, along with the XF86Config.tcsx1 file.

And, turn off local apps mode.

And, set RUNLEVEL = 3.

Then,  when you get a bash shell prompt, do this:

    hostname


Make sure it returns 'ws002'.


After verifying that, then do this:


    sh /tmp/start_ws


and see what it does.  If it doesn't work, come back and
let us know what error you are getting.
