None of the above.  Use Squid and Squidguard.

Eric Harrison (of K12LTSP fame) mentioned in a meeting I attended yesterday 
that he has an excellent Squid/Squidguard setup that apparenlty half of the 
schools in Oregon (USA) are using now.  

I don't see anything about that on their website (K12ltsp.org) but you might 
find an email address there, or just join their mailing list.
