I can telnet into a workstation running ltsp-linux as a typical user, using NIS, but I cannot seem to login as root.
I looked at the NIS docs, and couldn't see anything to prevent root login. Is there something specific about root login on an ltsp workstation? I realize I can muck with the root filesystem on the server, but I'm thinking it might be easier to install applications in the root filesystem from the workstation, since the directory structure looks familiar to what the applications typically want to see for an install.
