Try Wine first, as it doesn't produce that much load on the server. We use Crossover in our school, works fine for many applications. If it doesn't work, maybe a virtual machine within the Linux server should do. It depends on how many people use this program concurrently, as it takes some power and RAM from the server. If you don't mind the command line, use qemu. Otherwise there is Virtual Box (free but not Open Source) or VMware (commercial). Any of those should do if there's enough space on the terminals' screens.
