Hi Ben, Rafael Laguna is Lubuntu Artwork Team Leader. Karl Anliot is Lubuntu Former Wiki and Documentation Team Leader.
Rafael is one of the most active member and the most busier so it is not that easy to catch up with him but definitely not impossible.
