Ben,

Rafael just replied an email on the general mailing list - he is so busy
and he promised to answer more emails in the future.

I don't think being a moderator is the issue. IMHO, one needs to do his/her
part if he/she is willing to help and title/access will come by time - at
least this is what I have learned all these years.

If I may, I suggest you start with Dan as discussed before and gaining the
access will come by time when it is time ;)
