Ok, so the next step is to get the approval of all the good people that
contributed
code to Lucene. According to Doug, the list includes (in alphabetical order)
:

latchkey - Jon Stevens - +1
otis - Otis Gospodnetic -??
As it stands now, we need the approval of Eugene and Otis to approve the
switch to Jakarta.
