Hi James.
Your efforts are much appreciated. However, I'd like to caution that moving
ahead with publicity must, at some level, involve the UCC. Given the amount
of support [and concession] the UCC has accorded the UIXP, they may want
public relations on the exchange to play a certain way.
I support the idea that the exchange should be published, but I'd recommend
we keep the UCC in on the loop, and seek their thoughts, as we go along.
That way, all interests are catered for. Thanks.
