Guys

Please read the response from Mr. Mugaba of the New Vision below. I
believe the first thing we should do is to have him subscribed onto this
list and then we can get to explain to him one day at a time what we are
trying to achieve. Bad idea ??? Lets also remember that he is not a
"techie" but a journalist highly interested in ICTs. Kiggs do yo thing.
