Dorothy I think it would be good to have the .ug domain for the local mirror. Asking why ? Well if you have a link on your main site for one to visit the locally hosted mirror, then over time, we shall get to know that the local mirror is wougnet.or.ug and instead of going to the mother site i.e the .org, we just tye in directly the .or.ug.
