But why reinvent the wheel. The national census and other 
local/international demographics bodies already have 
this data available, to within a reasonable estimate. 

Even if you had to pay_someone to have this data quickly 
enough without it having to go through the "proper" 
channels (you know, make request, file request, lose 
request, find request, forward request, meet for 
request, defer request, lose request again, find 
request, mistakenly recycle request, re-request for 
request, e.t.c., e.t.c.), you still would save a 
considerable amount to cause enough suspicion about the 
health of your bank account.
