They will not be hosting your DNS for you. At least not for your forward zone.You don't want them to do this. All you want them to do is put in in-addr.arpa entries in their dns for your ip addresses pointing them back to your name. Hopefully you did not ask them to delegate dns for your ip addresses to you which would be the only reason I can think of for them to make the suggestions above.
