"in-addr.arpa" authority for less than the /24 to someone else.

f course, it's the CNAME hack.  To do this, the org with the /24 has
to have it's reverse in order.

But this is unlikely they will do it if we are talking of one IP or just
a couple.

why? it's the same hack if it's 128 IPs or 1 IP.  Does infocom offer
this service?
