They are at the forefront on the Kenya side, fer sure. They may have built to the border by now, but not sure. Not much glass to Arusha/Mwanza AFAIK. Glass to Kisumu now, and some boyz were planning to lay a cable under the lake, but think that one has gone by the wayside.
