MTN  stopped its fiber digging towards Kenya because of to many fiber cuts
by idiot contractors who make driveways. The fiber stops somewhere behind
Iganga and then it's on Microwave to KDN who is also Microwave to some point
in KE.

AFAIK, MTN and UTL have fiber to the border (or quite near) while KT does
not (yet).
