There's always a slew of things that can (and do) go wrong at sea. The best reliability is having capacity on multiple cables. Hanging all your hopes on one system and squinting when it fails will not help, because that will happen, a lot. Have diverse paths, it's the only way. TEAMS and SEACOM may be few options now, but at least it's more than one. Cheers, Mark.
