As I mentioned in another post, lynx for Win32 has never supported
the usual blat program. It supports sendmail.exe (both freeware and
shareware versions) by Nigel Ellis or the Japanese port of blat.

Feel free to send a patch. I am not sure why anyone wants to when
sendmail and blat are out there. It should be relatively simple to
patch lynx to work with blat. Someone just has to spend the time.
