Yes, I got that, but I think that it could be improved. I mean, a XML like
syntax is good for parsing but not for presentation, so maybe the following
strategy could be followed. When there is something like
<LyX Warning: xyz>abc</LyX Warning>
we could simply show in red:
<xyz: abc>

In this case,
<LyX Warning: uncodable character>?</LyX Warning>
would be shown as:
<uncodable character: ?>
