Thanks for having a look. That is a good point. I will rename it according to your proposal.
If this gets in, I can have a look at the visualization stuff, although previews may make things more difficult.
OK, so I will put it in after alpha 1 and move the mathindent fields to the math panel in another commit (I hope there is enough space).
Concerning the preview, you mean instant preview? I have indeed not thought about it. It looks often different. For example the formula number is already incorrectly drawn. Just input a displayed "A=B" with a formula number. As result the formula number is drawn short behind the "B" while Instant preview does it better. Nevertheless, both is incorrect because it has to be drawn at the right border of the text.
So maybe the drawing of formula numbers can be improved by support for leqno.
