For Michael: Please retest the problem you've seen about freed memory access in
InsetText.
I've now insered a inline functionallity for InsetERT (and only for that one!)
For now you can ONLY access this functionallity (toggle between inlined/not)
by clicking with the Middle mouse button (button == 2) on the ERT label -
for inlining the inset and click always with the same button in the left
side of the inset (more or less the width of the ERT-label) to de/inline the
inset.
Enjoy the new functionallity ;)
