It is not such a big problem, and some dvi viewers allow printing
selected pages (e.g. kdvi).

You just need to add a 'printer' format, define a postscript->printer or
dvi->printer converter, and then in the UI file replace the printer item
by item by
"Print...|P" "buffer-export printer"
