As I told you in my earlier mail some informations you have only when you are in the real draw function, well actually we are interested for a "test-rebreak" only in the "x" position as if this changes it means we have to rebreak the whole text inside the inset.

This is also the difference between an InsetText and a InsetMath as
mathed does not care how large it will become and this assumption takes
out the whole complexitiy!

We could queue inset updates and do them all after an lfun etc, but I
don't see how to get the sensible ordering of innermost->outermost.

That's the problem!
