Hi, Kayvan. I've made a lot of little changes recently that may well impact Cygwin. I'd be suspicious of this mail and the associated patch: [PATCH 13x, 14x] starting LyX successfully under Windows. I have also committed a number of other patches from the 13th of December. All of them have been posted first to the list and start "[PATCH", so you might like to have a quick review. The idea has been to merge the changes that Ruurd needed to get LyX to compile natively on Win32. That's sufficiently close to Cygwin to anticipate some fallout I guess.
