I wrote a small FAQ for the po files. I would be glad if someone could
have a glance at it, check that everything is OK and then upload it.
I'm unfortunately of no use looking at it (no knowledge of po-files).
However, I'd like to suggest that you place it on the wiki? If nothing
else as an easy way to let other look at it and comment on it. Later on it
might be better of in SVN of course.
Perhaps placing it on a page (which you'll be creating) called
http://wiki.lyx.org/Devel/FAQ

PPS. Later on when it's in SVN, we can still have the wiki page
automatically pull the content from SVN and embed it in the page.
