Does LyX obey any X resources? Is there any other way to set the
initial geometry of the window? The default window size is far too
small and I find it incredibly annoying to have to resize it by hand
every time I start LyX, but I can't find any documentation on ways to
set the initial geometry and all my attempts so far have failed.
How can I do this simple thing?
