Hi Mark, I haven't changed anything in the past couple of weeks, when I reinstalled MiKTeX and reconfigured LyX. (BTW, I just tried out a different TIFF file, and it worked fine.) The flowchart is something I copied from a PDF and then edited in Paint. All the other graphics were generated by R, so there could be something there.
