Chris: Thanks to Dusty's very helpful directions on how to make the virtual keyboard the default in MA (Thanks, dusty!), we were able to do that. But when we tried to follow your directions to set the Volume key, we got lost. Could you be a bit more specific, Chris? Thanks so much, Clare
