Have you tried to press the home button twice rapidly?

the time to help me. We are now able to bring up the virtual keyboard
when we long press the volume up key, but that is where we are stuck. For
instance, if I want to use Voice recognition to dial a number, I go to
Phone (in MA, of course) and then to "Dial Number." I long-press the
volume up key, and the virtual keyboard appears. We tried long-pressing
the Volume down key at this point, but nothing happens and it will not
accept voice input to say a number. Is there something that we are still
