Hi, I think this is what I did:

Setting, General, Accessibility, voiceOver, Language Rotor.

Then I just double-tapped on Australian English, Double-tapped on
reorder and now I have three languages on my language rotor.

P.S. I'm not sure if the tapping on "reorder" was necessary or not.
