Hello, Lynn, To use siri, hold down the home button until you hear the two beeps, and then you can let go.
Speak normally, and when you are done, siri will detect it. You then will hear short beeps until siri answers your question, or lets you know that it can't find the answer, or whatever the case may be. Some examples of what you can say to siri are: 1. What time is it? 2. Call Tom Jones mobile. 3. Send a text message to Joe Smith. 4. Set an alarm for 7:00 AM. 5. Set the timer on 20 minutes. 6. What time is it in Los Angeles, California? 7. Play music by the Beatles. These are some of the examples I can think of off the top of my head. HOpe this helps! When one is using Siri, does one hold down the Home button as one does when using the dial applet by voice? Also, can anybody give me a few example commands to get started with it? Thank you in advance.
