What I do for the time based pauses is I made a silent file I called live box for exactly 3 minutes as that's all the time I need. but yeah it would be nice to do brake notes that would turn off and on the mic and stuff like that in another program. I think I also made that suggestion to him as well. You can send an email directly to the dev using the contact page.
