It has with these books. Some stuff, table of contence in columns etc isn't 
perfect but that's nothing new no matter what we read and what we read it with.

It's just a standard text file now and I can do my search, standard navigation 
etc. What I can be sure of is that some pdf's will convert far better than 
others and some not at all. That's simply the nature of the horrible PDF beast 
no matter how you convert and on what platform  you do it on.
