I think the primary reason for using Paragon Software's product is to break 
down the barrier of not being able to write to a NTFS format drive or 
partition.  In theory though, I can see no reason why you couldn't use it to 
format a Boot Camp partition since it adds options to do so to Disk Utility.  
The one slight problem could be the format itself if, and only if, you are 
fussy about cluster sizes, (as I am).  I always set the cluster size to the 
smallest possible supported value for the drive.  There are advantages and 
disadvantages to doing this.  But overall I think the advantages outweigh the 
disadvantages.
