I use my iPad as there are situations where an iPhone is inpractical to
use with some Apps because of its small screen.
Mostly I use the iPad as an Internet radio or music player as the
speaker in my iPad III sounded damn good, I also prefer this device for
when I'm reading iBooks.
I just sold my iPad III and will be upgrading to an iPad Air shortly
where the sound is supposed to be better again, the iPad Air has stereo
speakers, is 30% lighter than the iPad III so it will be even more
comfortable to use etc.

Hi,
I have both an i phone and an i pad 2.
I love the portability of the i phone, obviously.
I mainly use the i pad at home or in places like Starbuck’s. for longer
sessions of reading and writing, it’s more comfortable for me, ergonomically.
I am totally blind, so screen size doesn’t mean anything visually, but the
larger real estate does make a difference for typing and gestures.
It really does come down to personal preference and also, of course, finances.
Also, with the i pad, of course, you can only make calls from a wifi spot, with
things like Skype.

Cait

I'm still trying to figure out what the attraction of the iPad is over an
iPhone. I mean I like toys too, but is there anything the iPad does that isn't
available on the iPhone that makes it worth buying?

Hello everyone
thanks to my support i managed to not only feel her iPad but also hear it too.
She has the newer iPad mini. I like the screen size, about 8 inches, and the
sound quality is great.
So all I'm going to say if I ever get one is the iPad mini is the way to go.
Kind regards
Chris.
