Its processor is not as good, and camera is significantly lesser, and it is bulky in comparison. And I don't know if they have GPS in them. The speakers are much better, but heck, with decent bluetooth speakers that are affordable, I see its speaker as a non-issue. I'm still trying to figure out what the attraction of the iPad is over an iPhone.
