BTW: if you are using the version of GB before the new one that came out with 
Mavericks, I.E. V6.05, then these podcasts are for you.
I understand that the new  GB under mavericks
 kind of sucks and is quite different with a good deal of accessibility broken. 
I wouldnt suggest upgrading from V6.05 any time soon.
