Thanks for all the helpful replies!

Just one point about dumping the AEBS in favour of a wireless router: our three computers can all print to the one laser printer that is USB connected to the AEBS.

The description of the Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router on Amazon says that you can share "a single Internet connection and other resources with Ethernet wired and Wireless-G clients". I take it that to mean that I would be able to connect our Samsung USB printer to the router and have the same functionality we experience with AEBS?

Only thing, the AEBS is a lot more stylish than the Linksys...

Thanks once again for the good advice,

Walter
