Firefox does seem to be noticeably slower to start up on my G3 iMac running Jaguar but once up and running it seems to be about the same speed rendering pages, compared to Safari. I'm curious what's going to happen to Camino - I thought that I read somewhere recently that the lead developer now mainly works on the Firefox project. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. But things continue to crank along slowly with Camino....a new dedicated site: <http://www.caminobrowser.org/> I'm also not comfortable with Safari being so tied to OSX when it comes to updates - why should I have to upgrade my OS just to get bug fixes to the browser?
