WaMCom Mozilla 1.3.1 seems to be the most reliable pre-OSX browser, but I
find it really slow to start up on my B&W G3 and when creating new
windows/tabs. Pretty decent rendering speed though.

iCab is nice and fast, but the current version (2.9.8) is failing to
handle more and more sites that use CSS and Javascript. Version 3 is
being tested by registered users but it looks like it could be a while
before it is officially released.
