Yeah, I like Jigsaw as well.

A tale of two major online dealers:

Last year a client had a problem with a brand new iBook purchased from
ComputerWarehouse http://www.cwonline.co.uk

It was bad RAM - installed by them. It took 6 weeks to get the problem
turned around. Communication had to be via their 0900 number (engaged
most of the time) and the client had to return the bad one at their
expense.

Around the same time, another client ordered an Airport card from
jigsaw. It was the wrong one (their mistake). I got straight through
to their customer services depaerment, they apologised and shipped the
correct one immediately and picked up the other one at their expense.

The issue is never that things go wrong but is about what happens to
make things right.
