I do have Bluetooth in my mini, though my situation's probably not much help to you as I do use a seperate mouse (in fact, I put the Wacom mouse in the cupboard a long time ago because I prefer the feel and accuracy of my Logitech.)

I have seen the warning message on boot very occasionally when my KVM switch gets funny about power distribution (I have the keyboard and mouse hooked up to the KVM switch and my printer and the Graphire hooked up to the back of my Apple keyboard [the white one with the 2 USB ports either side of the cable]) and then I have to unplug all the USB devices and plug them back in - sometimes just unhooking the KVM switch works, sometimes I have to unhook everything from the switch and connect them back up in sequence.

Thanks Jason....I think I'll just have to put it down to the startup/loading sequence. No big deal. One day I might be able to afford a tablet that's a bit newer and bigger and by then maybe Apple and Wacom will have sorted things out.
